Veterans Day Parade Cancellation Announcement
We are so disappointed to have had to cancel the 2022 Veterans Day Parade, and we know you are disappointed too. We unwaveringly honor and respect our veterans and look forward to this annual display of appreciation and support. With over 3000 participants, 8000 spectators and countless volunteers and staff, our first consideration is always safety. And inclement weather means that there are potentially unsafe situations. It breaks our hearts to have canceled but public safety is our first priority.

There will be a ceremony this morning at 11 a.m. in the Town Hall honoring our Veterans. You are welcome to attend, and we will be recording it and posting it to our social media sites next week.

We thank our Veterans for their service, for their sacrifice and for their determination to stand for our country. Our country is built on the hard work and dedication of these men and women, and we honor that. We would love it if you would tag your Veteran(s) in the comments below so we can see them name by name and recognize them.
